Elk Festival in Clay

Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st the volunteers of "A Healthy Clendenin" were out at the Elk Festival in Clay. They were there to give out Fun & Fitness Guides of activities in and surrounding Clendenin as well as sell some raffle tickets for the Kayak (Drawing for it will be this Thursday, June 6th). Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth that we met and got to talk to and to all of those folks who bought Kayak Tickets (Good Luck)!!!

Super Saturday, Healthy Snacks and a Kayak! Oh My!

Super Saturday was held on Saturday, April 13th this year. Thank you to all of those who came out and supported A Healthy Clendenin while we sold healthy snacks of Apples, Bananas, Carrots, Spicy Nuts, Peanuts, Trail Mix and Water. We had the bright yellow Kayak displayed on the large rock across from the little league field and had many positive comments.

Kayak Raffle

We are so excited to be selling tickets to raffle off this brand new kayak made by Lifetime Monterey™ . Tickets are only $1.00 each with no limit on how many you can purchase. Proceeds are to benefit the Clendenin Elementary Playground and A Healthy Clendenin. Tickets are currently being sold at Ore's Pharmacy and the Cabin Creek Health Center. Please come see the Kayak and purchase tickets, in April at the Clendenin Little League Super Saturday. We will be also selling Healthy Concessions that day. Check this site often to find out when the drawing will be and who the winner is.
