Committee Reports:
Public Relations/Media committee, co-chairs George Stablein and Scott Slack - will outline proposal of their strategy to advertise the March 29 Fun and Fitness Fair, including any budget needs, then everyone can comment or make suggestions
5K Walk/Run Committee, chaired by Karen McClure - will update us on plans for walk/run during March 29 Fun and Fitness Fair
Fun & Fitness Fair committee, Saturday, March 29, 2014, co-chaired by Beverly Flores and Anne Berry
Committee for a fitness center/pool, co- chaired by Kathy Slack and Jessica Wright.
Volunteer needs --- Committee chairs will be asking for volunteers to help with the upcoming Fun and Fitness Fair and walk/run, including publicity, preparation before the event, and volunteers for the day of the event. Please come with your calendars, date books, etc, and be ready to sign up where you can! Or look out for volunteer requests in the meeting minutes if you can't make it to the meeting but still want to help.
